What we do with your information.

The short version

This website collects nothing about you. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and it sets no cookies of its own. You can read every page without leaving a trace with us.

The only personal information we hold is what you send us yourself when you get in touch to book a trip.

When you message us on WhatsApp

Every booking button opens a conversation in WhatsApp. At that point you leave this website, and what happens next is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.

In that conversation we normally learn your name, your phone number, the dates you want and how many of you there are. We use it to organise your trip and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to any mailing list.

The conversation stays in our WhatsApp like any other message. If you want it deleted, ask us and we will delete it.

The map on the Find us page

The map comes from Google, and Google can set cookies and see your IP address as soon as it loads. That is why it does not load on its own: you have to click to show it, and until you do, nothing is sent to Google.

If you click it, Google's privacy policy applies to that part of the page.

Links to other places

This site links out to Google Maps, to our Google Business listing and to Instagram accounts — ours and those of Eye to Sea and Kolega Surf Shop. Once you follow one of those links, you are on their site and under their rules.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like every web server, theirs keeps technical logs of requests, which include IP addresses. We do not read them, and we do not use them to identify anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a message on WhatsApp and we will do it — there is no form to fill in.

Because this is a small operation, there is rarely anything to show you beyond the conversation you already have in front of you.
